Lexicon names human resources manager

Little Rock, Ark.-based Lexicon Inc. has hired Caitlin Carty as human resources manager, specializing in talent acquisition for the fabrication division. Carty previously worked in human resources for medical providers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in multi/interdisciplinary studies from Arkansas Tech University.

The Lexicon family of companies provides services including construction management, steel fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and bridge projects.
