LT Corp. completes stock purchase of Kryton Engineered Metals
LT Corp., Cleveland, Miss., the parent company of Quality Steel Corp., LP Cylinder Service Inc., and Buckeye Mfg. Co., has announced the stock acquisition of Kryton Engineered Metals Inc.
Kryton, located in Cedar Falls, Iowa, offers fabrication of spun metal products and engineered metal working services.
