Lutron Electronics to build manufacturing facility in Virginia

Coopersburg, Pa.-based Lutron Electronics, a provider of lighting control, automated shading systems, and fixtures, will invest $28.3 million to build a manufacturing facility in Ashland, Va. The 145,000-sq.-ft. facility will increase the company’s manufacturing capacity and create approximately 200 jobs.

The company manufactures more than 15,000 energy-saving products sold in more than 100 countries.
