M. Davis & Sons acquires Val-Tech

Wilmington, Del.-based M. Davis & Sons Inc., a mechanical/electrical contractor and fabricator, has announced the acquisition of Valtech Inc., a manufacturer of power distribution equipment based in Newark, Del. M. Davis will continue the manufacturing and sale of this equipment under the new brand name VTi by M. Davis.

The Newark facility will manufacture portable power distribution equipment, fused distribution panels, and unitized distribution substation equipment.
