Mauser acquires MaschioPack North America

Germany-based industrial packaging firm Mauser Group has acquired the manufacturing assets of MaschioPack North America, a manufacturer of intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) in Atlanta. This acquisition will supply additional manufacturing support to Mauser’s reconditioning affiliate, National Container Group.

Mauser, a subsidiary of Stone Canyon Industries, produces industrial packaging for the chemical, agrochemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries. Its products include steel drums, plastic packaging, IBCs, and reconditioning services.

MaschioPack’s Atlanta facility includes two metal fabricating cage lines and two blow molders.
