Messer acquires businesses from Linde, launches Messer Americas
Messer Group and CVC Capital Partners Fund VII have completed the planned acquisition of certain businesses in North and South America from Linde plc and launched Messer Americas.
With more than 70 production facilities in five countries, Messer Americas produces and delivers industrial, medical, and specialty gases.
