Midwest Stairs & Iron to expand in Wisconsin

Midwest Stairs & Iron Inc., a producer of stairs, balconies, and metal products, has announced plans to move its aluminum fabrication operations from a 23,800-sq.-ft. building to a 50,000-sq.-ft. building in Milwaukee.

The company, which currently has about 70 employees, plans to hire 12 to 15 more workers in the next two years.
