NAKS acquires Lane Mechanical
North American Kitchen Solutions Inc. (NAKS), Elyria, Ohio, a factory-direct manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems, has announced the acquisition of Lane Mechanical Inc., a Dallas, Ga.-based commercial kitchen sheet metal fabricator.
Lane offers UL- and NSF-listed commercial kitchen hoods, stainless steel sinks, worktables, dish tables, dish cabinets, countertops, wall shelves, expo lines, and pass-through shelves. Its pre-engineered, custom fabrication systems allow customers to design to their specifications.
