Newcomb Spring launches BAM department for heavy-duty springs, wire forms

Newcomb Spring Corp., Decatur, Ga., has launched its BAM (Big A*$ Manufacturing) department, developed for the manufacturing of heavy-duty springs and heavy-gauge wire forms. The department combines large-capacity CNC forming machines, specialized engineering, and precision tooling to custom-manufacture the springs and wire forms for the construction, agriculture, aerospace, defense, energy, and mining industries.

The department can produce heavy-duty compression springs, extension springs, and torsion springs, as well as heavy-gauge wire forms, from a variety of materials in wire diameters up to 0.625 in.
