On Point Solutions establishes OpEx division
OpEx—shorthand for Operational Excellence—is a new division of On Point Solutions, Sheboygan, Wis., that offers field service for all types of metal fabrication machinery sold via On Point: CO2, fiber, and tube lasers; plate rolls; hydraulic and electric press brakes; turrets and punches; metal shears; plasma cutters; and automation systems.
Services include preventive maintenance visits; controls and automation; CO2 laser rebuilds; machine installs, refurbishments, retrofits, and upgrades; and vacation and weekend services.
New hire Jon Sprecher leads the division, with more than 10 years of experience in maintenance management, including metal fabrication.
“Operational excellence is achieved with not only acquiring the right equipment, but also the realized uptime and availability of that equipment,” said Brad Peterson, CEO of On Point Solutions. “We begin with a health assessment of your selected equipment and follow that with an organized, proactive plan to increase uptime that will ultimately lower operational costs and increase profitability.”
