P4G Capital announces investment in Fore Machine and Aero Components

P4G Capital Partners, Fort Worth, Texas, has acquired the assets of Haltom City, Texas-based Fore Machine Co. Inc. and Aero Components Inc., also located in Fort Worth.

Both companies provide coating/bonding, metal processing, and assembly for manufacturers in the aerospace and defense sectors, and Fore Machine also offers high-precision machining.
