South Bend, Ind.-based Parker Holding has acquired CNC Products, Niles, Mich., a 15-employee provider of sheet metal fabrication services to the medical, industrial, automotive, food and dairy, transportation, and electronics markets.
Parker Holding acquires and manages lower- and middle-market companies that are generally family-owned and without a succession plan or successor in place.
