Patrick Industries completes acquisition of Metal Moulding

Patrick Industries Inc., Elkhart, Ind., has acquired the business and certain assets of Madison, Tenn.-based Metal Moulding Corp., a manufacturer of custom metal fabricated products for the marine market.

The acquisition includes accounts receivable, inventory, and machinery and equipment. Patrick will continue to operate MMC on a stand-alone basis under its brand name in its existing facility.

Patrick Industries is a manufacturer of component products and distributor of building products serving the recreational vehicle, manufactured housing, marine, kitchen cabinet, office and household furniture, fixtures and commercial furnishings, and other industrial markets.
