PennEngineering acquires Eurotec Ltd.
PennEngineering®, Danboro, Pa., has announced its acquisition of Eurotec Ltd., a reseller of metal fabrication equipment, fastener installation systems, and clinch and sheet metal fasteners based in Tokyo.
The acquisition provides the Japanese market with permanent access to PennEngineering's PEM® and PROFIL® fasteners and installation equipment. Eurotec maintains operations in Japan and joins the existing brands under the PennEngineering corporate umbrella.
