Primetals Technologies, ITR sign cooperation agreement on predictive maintenance applications

London-based Primetals Technologies and Industrial Technology Research (ITR), Bethlehem, Pa., have signed a cooperation agreement covering the application of predictive maintenance in steel-related industries worldwide. The companies have worked together in the field of condition monitoring for more than 10 years.
ITR’s predictive maintenance offerings include infrared thermography, airborne ultrasound, and fluids analysis. Primetals Technologies Ltd. offers engineering, plant-building, and life cycle services to the metals industry.
