Resonetics acquires Caribou Technologies

Nashua, N.H.-based Resonetics has announced its acquisition of Caribou Technologies, Blaine, Minn., a supplier of centerless grinding, forming, coiling, machining, and laser processing for the medical device industry.

Resonetics offers laser micromanufacturing and contract manufacturing services to the life sciences industry. It also offers thin-wall stainless steel tubing; precious metal radiopaque marker bands; and nitinol processing. The acquisition gives the company new capabilities to manufacture tightly toleranced metal components and subassemblies.
