Ridalco acquires P.E. Rail & Son
Ridalco has announced the acquisition of all outstanding shares of P.E. Rail & Son in a private transaction. Located in Ottawa, Ont., both companies are custom fabricators of stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel architectural furnishings and equipment.
Pierre Rail has agreed to join Ridalco as a member of its senior management team.
