ECi earns accolade based on employees’ surveys

ECi Software Solutions, a provider of industry-specific business management software and services in Fort Worth, Texas, has announced its certification as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. The company earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys.

ECi employees completed 545 surveys, which showed that more than 90 percent of employees feel the company provides a great atmosphere with good leadership and communication, with 94 percent saying that they take pride in working for the company.
