Solar Mfg. to relocate headquarters

Solar Mfg. Inc., a manufacturer of advanced industrial vacuum furnaces, is relocating its headquarters to Sellersville, Pa. The manufacturing area will occupy 40,000 sq. ft. of the facility, with an additional 17,500 sq. ft. of office space. Another 22,500 sq. ft. can be added to the building in the future.

The $8 million facility is expected to be completed in fall 2018.

“This new facility will provide us the space we need to grow and consolidate all our staff in one facility,” said William Jones, who along with his wife, Myrtle Jones, owns Solar Mfg. The company’s largest customer is its sister company, Solar Atmospheres of Souderton, PA.
