Sukup Mfg. acquiring assets of Global Fabrication Inc.

Sheffield, Iowa-based Sukup Mfg. Co., a manufacturer of grain storage, grain drying and handling equipment, and steel buildings, has announced it is acquiring certain assets of Global Fabrication Inc., a full-service, 70,000-sq.-ft. fabrication facility located in Hampton, Iowa. This expansion will allow Sukup to double its manufacturing capacity for cat walks, towers, and other structural products.
