The Partner Companies acquires UPG

The Partner Companies LLC, a manufacturer of high-precision, complex components and assemblies, has acquired the membership interest of Houston-based UPG Company LLC.

UPG is a designer, manufacturer, and assembler of mission-critical components used in medical, energy, and technology applications with facilities in the U.S., China, and the U.K. UPG’s leadership team over the past six years of ownership under Turnspire Capital Partners will remain with the company.
