Timken to acquire Groeneveld Group

The Timken Co., North Canton, Ohio, a provider of engineered bearings and mechanical power transmission products, has reached an agreement to acquire Groeneveld Group, a provider of automatic lubrication systems used in on- and off-highway applications.

Groeneveld Group is based in Gorinchem, Netherlands, with manufacturing facilities in Italy.
