Toro to acquire Ventrac Tractors
Minnesota-based Toro has announced plans to acquire Venture Products, the Ohio-based manufacturer of Ventrac landscaping and outdoor equipment.
The deal is expected to close before the end of Toro’s fiscal second quarter.
