TRUMPF names 2D TruLaser product manager

TRUMPF Inc., Farmington, Conn., a provider of sheet metal fabricating and laser equipment, has appointed Salay Quaranta as 2D TruLaser product manager.

Quaranta has been with the company for five years, working with the Laser Technology Group as the industry manager for medical and TruMark systems. Before that she served as global product manager for Stanadyne and sales and marketing manager for Joining Technologies. She also worked in R&D for Fraünhofer ILT. She holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in materials science and engineering from the University of Connecticut.
