TST Construction acquires Metal Concepts
TST Construction, a Norfolk, Va.-based general contractor on government projects, has acquired Metal Concepts, a fabricator also located in Norfolk.
According to the Virginian-Pilot, TST plans a $4.1 million expansion of the TST Fabrications business. It will retain Metal Concepts’ 14 employees and create another 20 jobs.
