Tyonek Fabrication receives two DLA contracts

Tyonek Fabrication Corp., Madison, Ala., a subsidiary of Tyonek Mfg. Group Inc. and Tyonek Native Corp., has received two contracts from the Defense Logistics Agency to manufacture two types of pilot display units (PDUs) for the U.S. Army's UH-60 A & L Black Hawk fleet.

The new PDUs incorporate LED-compatible technology. They weigh half as much as the legacy item and use one-fifth the power.

Tyonek Native Corp. is the parent company to a variety of subsidiary businesses in industries including defense manufacturing and engineering, aircraft maintenance, IT services, land and resource development, and construction.
