Valley Tool & Mfg. announces potential buyer
Valley Tool & Mfg., a fabricator of parts for helicopters and aircraft in Orange, Conn., has announced a potential buyer has stepped forward, keeping intact the 65 jobs the manufacturer intended to eliminate after parent company GroupAero filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Kansas-based Harlow Aerostructures intends to offer employment opportunities to substantially all of Valley Tool’s employees, according to GroupAero.
