Wabash National Corp. to acquire Supreme Industries

Lafayette, Ind.-based Wabash National Corp., a diversified industrial manufacturer and producer of semi-trailers and liquid transportation systems, has entered into an agreement to acquire Goshen, Ind.-based truck body manufacturer Supreme Industries Inc.

Supreme primarily manufactures light- and medium-duty truck bodies at seven facilities throughout the U.S.
