MTS Systems announces CFO transition

MTS Systems Corp., Eden Prairie, Minn., a supplier of test systems and sensors, has appointed Brian Ross as senior vice president/CFO, effective May 12, 2017. Ross, who most recently served as the company’s corporate controller, will replace Jeff Oldenkamp, who is resigning to pursue other opportunities.

Ross has more than 17 years of financial leadership experience. Before joining the company, he was the director of financial planning and analysis at Digi Intl. Inc. and controller at Restore Medical. He also worked seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and is a licensed CPA (inactive) in Minnesota.
