CenterLine (Windsor) Ltd. offers the patented High Speed Fastener Welding System. This production assembly equipment integrates process and product improvements that make it suitable for handling multiple applications with one machine.

According to the company, the system offers improvements in overall cycle times and comprehensive errorproofing features. Users can reconfigure the system quickly for new part structures to help increase equipment flexibility and uptime. It can be modified and updated for new application conditions and completely new projects.

In addition, the system can disassociate the operator work from the production process cadence to remove cycle time dependency from the operator and reduce an employee’s exposure to repetitive motions.

According to the company, systems currently in use are processing more than 8,000 fasteners a day and up to 38 different parts with minimal changeover.
