Compact press brake delivers 110 tons of press force

TRUMPF Inc. offers the TruBend series 3000 press brake. The machine’s closed-frame design provides high overall rigidity to help increase precision. The backgauges can move across the entire length of the machine bed, enabling unrestricted use when bending at the ends of the machine. Automatic CNC crowning helps the machine achieve constant angles.

The fastest machine in its class, the 3100 features a press force of 110 tons and 118 in. of bending length in a compact design. The machine comes standard with a 2-axis backgauge, with the option to expand to a 4- or 5-axis backgauge, making it possible to bend complex part geometries accurately.
