DAVI’s iRoll eXtreme control system includes multiple templates

DAVI offers the new iRoll eXtreme control system, designed with an ergonomic console, high-resolution touchscreen, live 3D interface, and artificial intelligence.

Features include 3D simulation to simplify programming and for live visualization of the rolling process, assisted manual mode with multipass aid and an apple-shape calculator, and Talk & Watch with smart glasses.

The control also offers intuitive phase programming and many templates for programming cylinders, cones, and custom shapes. The real-time correction tool allows the user to modify relevant segments of any shape quickly and easily, the company reports.
