Greenerd to present three-station transfer line
Greenerd Press & Machine Co. Inc. will showcase its hydraulic press capabilities at IMTS 2018, including a transfer line for an automotive company that has three stations that draw, redraw, and punch the component. The draw presses have capacities of 250 tons, while the punch press is a 150-ton-capacity machine. Speeds on the line exceed 2,000 IPM.
The manufacturer’s hydraulic presses are available in a variety of styles, including gap-frame, straight-side, die-spotting, and forging presses, with various size and tonnage capabilities.
Application experts and design engineers from the company will be available to discuss user applications and press requirements.
