Industrial Innovations’ Spra-Rite Ultra Lube system applies highly viscous lubricant

Industrial Innovations has announced the availability of its Spra-Rite™ Ultra Lube system. It applies highly viscous lubricants of up to 800 cps to stamping or drawing tooling and the stock at a predetermined press stroke interval. The pedestal design allows for easy transport from press to press, making it suitable for smaller shops that are processing high-strength and advanced materials.

The system atomizes the lubricant into an ultrafine spray at the nozzles, which are air-controlled and capable of fine flow adjustments. The process control module offers numeric programming for up to 10 injector valves and the ability to store 200 part recipes.

Each injector is independently controlled. The controller also allows users to skip press cycles for preprogrammed stroke counts.
