IRMCO’s iNSIGHT tracks stamping press downtime, lubricant use

IRMCO has developed iNSIGHT, a patented technology that allows metal stampers to quantify their actual consumption of lubricant, control and document lubricant concentration, and monitor press line stoppages and efficiencies in real time, whether in-plant or remotely.

Users can track the different rates of chemical consumption for individual parts and compare this data to tool life to pinpoint the actual cost per part for each process in their facility.
