MG SRL’s K series sheet plate bending machine accommodates four-, three-roll bending

MG SRL offers the K series sheet plate bending machine for four-roll or three-roll bending. The minimal straight part on the machine—1.8 times the thickness of the sheet processed—now is even shorter. The machine is a variant of the PH model, with variable geometry.

The machine is equipped with the NC Touch Command EVO control, which monitors the bending process. The operator enters the sheet parameters using the touchscreen, and the control generates the program. The system monitors the coordinates to ensure they are executed accurately and corrects any errors.

For multidiameter processes, the speeds of the interpolated movements are selected automatically and controlled in all conditions in real time. The control allows wireless communication, interconnection, data collection and analysis, and the visualization of the desired shape in 3D graphics.
