Prima Power BC3 Smart 2220 panel bender offers automatic setup

Prima Power’s BCe Smart 2220 is a panel bending machine with a large working table that allows loading and unloading in a single sequence. It includes a bar code reader and ATC system, which allows for automatic setup that takes place in masked time and activates dynamic production queues.

There are no physical barriers for manual loading. Features include warning lights and acoustic signals to synchronize loading and unloading; programmable luminous reference for the simple positioning of the pieces to be machined; and an additional interactive display that guides the operator in the working phases to be carried out, such as piece orientation. The working table side sections can also be lowered to allow the operator closer access for loading or unloading medium-sized sheets.

The machine is suitable for producing small volumes, kits of components, and individual parts with high repeatability.
