Simpac gap-frame CX series press designed for small-part stamping

Simpac America offers the CX series gap-frame press for production of small stamped parts for the appliance, automotive, and other general industries. Available as a manual or automated stand-alone press or as a fully automated tandem line, the press has a capacity of 80 to 300 tons.

The user-centered SPMS interface incorporates increased safety and expandability, as well as IIoT. The interface is freely movable with an integrated pendant and arm attachments. Progressive feeder sensors monitor quantitative measurements of refuels, injections, and adjustments in lubrication. New temperature sensors on the drive units help ensure preservation of the press and longevity of equipment lifespan.

Features include wide supporting four- and six-sided gibs and a wet-type clutch and brake assembly.
