The Inventory IQ System from HUB Industrial helps companies control use of consumables such as gloves, safety glasses, small parts, and band saw blades.

The system allows access only to authorized employees, and it tracks individual usage. It can be used to generate reorders automatically or prompt them when inventory minimum levels are reached.

Access to the storage locker is restricted, with access via biometric scanning of an employee’s fingerprint, facial recognition, or other options. The user scans the bar code associated with each item taken, which appears on a display screen. Cameras can be mounted in the storage cabinet to capture the details of the transaction.
