Portable bevelers from CEVISA handle plates up to 50 mm thick

CEVISA offers portable beveling machines that work on the rotary shear principle, offering bevel speeds of 1.7 to 2.6 MPM. The machines can bevel plates 6 to 50 mm thick for uniform V, K, and X weld seam preparation.

The machines chamfer carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, and aluminum. The mechanical chamfering does not create a HAZ and causes no thermal distortions.

The beveler can be carried to work and is self-propelled to follow the edge of the panel while chamfering without operator assistance. The suspension trolley enables the machine to be operated on uneven ground. The top and bottom of the panels can be chamfered with two machines at the same time.
