Allchem’s BorNiGuard dry-film ceramic coating protects welding, punching tips

BorNiGuard dry-film ceramic coating from Allchem can help increase the life of cutting, welding, and punching tips. This high-temperature, antistick release agent and lubricant is effective at temperatures higher than 2,500 degrees F. It dries rapidly at room temperature and adheres to a variety of surfaces.

The coating can be applied to many tips at once then stored for months before being introduced to a welding cell or punch press. Suitable applications include GMAW, flame cutting, laser cutting, table slats, punching, piercing, and brazing.
