Esco Tool’s flange facing tool refinishes rather than replaces

The FLANGEHOG 110 flange facing tool from Esco Tool fully reconditions damaged raised- and flat-face flanges instead of replacing them.

The reconditioned, phonographic finish meets ASME B16.5 standards. Capable of refinishing hard or soft materials, the tool features 0.005-in. alignment accuracy and eliminates the need to cut, bevel, and weld on new flanges.

Offered with two cross feeds for producing a smooth and stock finish on RF and FF gasket seats, the unit mounts to the flange ID in seconds with a clamping range of 0.9 to 10 in. Its OD reach is up to 14 in.
