Exair 1/2 NPT No Drip External Mix Air Atomizing Spray Nozzles sanitize and cool while conserving liquid

Exair has introduced 1/2 NPT No Drip External Mix Air Atomizing Spray Nozzles. They work in the same way as the company’s standard atomizing nozzles, but they positively stop liquid flow when compressed air is shut off. The nozzles have high flow rates and allow the air and liquid flow to be adjusted independently. They can be used on liquids above 300 centipoise.

Suitable for cooling, sanitization, and coating, the nozzles are available in a narrow-angle flat fan pattern. They are designed for pressure-fed applications with independent air and liquid control.
