Lissmac offers the SBM-XL R1S2 for deburring and edge rounding of thick plates in a single pass. Designed to meet the heavy-duty production needs of large-scale steel centers, the machine features double-sided operation, processing both sides of metal parts simultaneously.

A wide-belt grinding unit removes slag and burr using a cool grinding process. This is followed by a sanding block belt unit, which rounds the edges of metal parts with the company’s S-blocks.

The machine offers a 59-in. working width and minimum part size of 11 by 2 in.
