New line of surface conditioning belts introduced

CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels has added 12 new belts to its surface conditioning belt line. They are available in brown (coarse) 120 grits, maroon (medium) 180 grits, and blue (very fine) 320 grits. Dimensions are 3 by 21 in., 1 by 72 in., 4 by 54 in., and 4 by 72 in.

X-flex and low-stretch backings are available. The X-flex-backed belts, for hand-held tools, are made with more flexibility to reduce the probability of cracking. The low-stretch-backed belts, intended for stationary machines, are made to hold their dimensions and do not stretch.
