nLighten LED from Nordson illuminates surfaces for powder coating

Nordson Industrial Coating Systems has introduced nLighten™, an LED light that can be added to the company’s Encore manual powder-spray gun. It illuminates the surface being coated to help improve powder application accuracy and allow inspection and approval of work on-the-fly.

The light helps the user highlight and fix light powder areas on surfaces, deep recesses, and cavities. The increased light helps enable precisely targeted powder application to help reduce waste and save on material costs.

The product is rated for use in all powder coating environments.
