Compact fiber laser resonators from nLIGHT deliver power up to 10 kW

New from nLIGHT are compact fiber laser sources with output power up to 10 kW. The lasers deliver hardware-based back reflection protection, easy on-site service, and reliable operation in harsh manufacturing environments, the company reports.

The fiber lasers are available in compact formats that are 70 percent smaller than previous models and 30 percent smaller than other systems, according to the manufacturer.
