LVD Strippit’s Lynx FL fiber laser cutting machine processes variety of materials

LVD Strippit offers the Lynx FL fiber laser cutting machine for processing a variety of materials and thicknesses. It features an integrated Siemens 840D sl CNC, servo drives, and a rack-and-pinion drive system to help ensure precise programmed contours, even at fast processing speeds, the company states.

The Touch-L 15-in. touchscreen control displays cutting technology and nestings and allows simplified setup. Drawings can be imported directly into the control.

The 2-kW system features a Precitec LightCutter with manual focus. The 3- and 4-kW systems are equipped with a ProCutter that offers automatic focal adjustment. Both cutting heads feature a 200-mm focusing lens and crash protection.
