Muratec LS 3015 FC fiber laser designed to deliver high-precision cutting

Murata Machinery offers the Muratec LS 3015 FC, a 2-D fiber laser designed for manufacturing operations that require high-precision cutting. Incorporating a fiber laser resonator from IPG, the machine delivers sheet metal processing speeds faster than similar models on the market, the company reports.

While the machine offers part accuracy at high speeds, it also delivers low power consumption, low operating costs, and reduced maintenance time, according to the company. It comes equipped with a process monitoring system, beam monitoring system, and the ProcessNet monitor software.
