Global Metal Spinning’s NTR CNC lathe offers spin forming, shear forming

Global Metal Spinning offers the NTR (Network Technology Revolution), a CNC forming lathe that combines spin forming, shear forming, and auxiliary operations without machining or removing the material. Work cycles are programmed in a new version of Denn Cad-Cam, a dedicated spin forming software.

The machine can form discs, tube, cones, and other shapes with simple geometry. It processes materials from copper and brass to silver, iron, and stainless steel.

The unit can be programmed without stopping the cycle. The software offers part management, trajectory edit, program edit, machine control, and Denn Cad-Cam configuration.
